Pledge 1

Deloitte committed to hosting two key events to support, mentor, and coach young women in Scotland and improve their access to networks and employment opportunities. Feedback from their Emerging Markets dinner was extremely positive, with support and mentoring continuing off the back of the event. Their International Women's Day event succeeded in encouraging several mentoring and coaching relationships to form, both internally and externally. 

Pledge 2

Deloitte also committed to connecting and supporting young women across Scotland who are currently facing unemployment or are in low-paid employment. Related to their first pledge, they received positive feedback from the women they supported, who reported increased confidence and wider networks. A range of follow-up network conversations around supporting women's progress has resulted from this pledge, and this will shape their year two pledges.
